Our sports and entertainment law practice encompasses litigation, transactional matters, and counseling clients, primarily in the music and motion picture industries, as well as in professional and amateur sports.  In addition to an active Intellectual Property practice, Cohorn Law’s entertainment law practice includes handling domestic and international disputes over licensing agreements.  Our sports law practice primarily includes drafting coach, player, and vendor contracts and advising teams on risk management and employment issues.  In addition, we litigate sports-related matters, such as alleged liability against athletic facilities for sports injuries and disputes over the purchase and financing of equipment for athletic facilities.
